The framework is built on best practices and reflects the EY Change Experience and Prosci ADKAR model (<b>A1<\/b>&#8211; Awareness, <b>D<\/b> &#8211; Desire,<b> K- <\/b>Knowledge, <b>A2<\/b> &#8211; Ability, <b>R<\/b>&#8211; Reinforcement). \u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>GOJ&#8217;s eight steps to change are set out below.\u00a0 Following these eight steps will help the leadership and employees of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to become:<\/p><ul><li>Clear on what the change means for behaviours and ways of working;<\/li><li>Aware of the reasons for and benefits of the change; and<\/li><li>Ready, willing and able to adopt or implement change.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8b3638 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"a8b3638\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<style>\/*!
