transition to the MDA<\/li>\n \t<li>Identify actions to remediate any concerns, risks and track progress<\/li>\n \t<li>Escalate risk and areas of concern to governance forums as appropriate<\/li>\n \t<li>Make final go\/no-go decisions with input from BR reporting
