You can refer to it as you build out the training approach <\/li>\n  <li>Determine the content requirements for the respective training, together with any environment requirements such as use of equipment, live processes etc. This information will be key in developing the training content <\/li>\n  <li>Determine the training delivery window or proposed dates. Where face-to-face sessions are being planned, the location of these sessions will also be important. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Reminder:<\/strong>\u00a0 When  there is a train-the-trainer session, it is important that the selection  criteria and competencies for the trainers are defined and agreed. Criteria and  competencies will vary across subject areas and MDAs.
