Chapter 6 – Prepare the GoJ Overview

In Step 6, the project begins to prepare the MDA for implementation and establish the protocols to enable transition from project to business as usual or go live.

At the end of this step in the change process, the project will understand how ready GoJ is to accept the change, have developed training to bridge knowledge and capability gaps and established a change agent network (CAN) to support the management of change within the MDA.
