Chapter 2 – Overview

Change is personal.  It is therefore critical to understand the needs of those involved in or impacted by change. 

At the end of this step in the change process, the project will have established clear sponsorship and governance for the project, aligned sponsors and leaders around the change, have a better understanding of stakeholder needs and have clarity on the future user experience.
