A Change agent network involves employees at various levels helping to prepare the GoJ for change. Their advice, activities, and support increases the likelihood of engagement across the organisation, which will be critical to validating success of the initiative.
The network also helps to:
Support and strengthen change management initiatives and relationships between stakeholders and the programme, project or initiative.
Serve as a conduit that enables two-way communication and continuous feedback
Promote visibility and builds support ahead of the coming changes
Increased adoption of solution through increased commitment to and ownership of change
Build a culture of leadership within the organisation through peer-to-peer engagement, leadership, and change management coaching.
