8.4.1. Deployment planning – the process
1. Generate the checklist items
Identify the key questions that gauge performance, proficiency and reinforcement of change
Generate the checklist items and establish what is Yes/No/Not Applicable
Meet with the programme/project, communication, and change management team to confirm and validate the completeness and accuracy of the checklist.
2. Monitor progress
Consult with the change management team to monitor and address change management components
Monitor the deployment’s effect on individuals, service delivery and overall MDA performance.
