Chapter 5 – Align the GoJ Overview

Having established the nature and scale of change, step 5 focuses on understanding the current state and future state operations and developing ways to bridge the gaps.  Closing the gap enables the employees within your MDA to shift to the new operational norms, culture and ways of working.

At the end of this step in the change process, the project will understand the capability and capacity within the MDA to take forward the change, have a plan for how benefits will be realised and measured and begin to transfer knowledge from the project to business as usual.
